What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for providing expert consultation services and solutions for routine and complex employee relations issues related to performance management, employee life cycle, fleet management, attendance, process guidelines, and policies. Acting as key HR contact for managers you will handle complex, confidential, and/or sensitive inquiries/requests and assume ownership of cases, following established processes.
Support the review, update, and maintenance of HR Services documentation, including: Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
Ensure processes are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Proactively escalate issues to the appropriate HR partner as needed.
Follow up with employees and managers on: incomplete processes, resolution of HR and benefit issues, timesheet discrepancies
Perform quality control measures to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of all HR services delivered to partners.
Identify areas for process improvement and potential liability regarding HR compliance.
Provide necessary training to new HR team members and managers on HR Services procedures.
Prepare reports and analyze data on HR Services metrics, translating findings for performance review discussions
Conduct data quality reviews and monitor/correct processing errors.
Actively participate in HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of work experience in a related field
Skills:
Advanced knowledge and experience in utilizing Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong command of the French language
Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Strong aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions through analytical thinking.
Ability to work autonomously while effectively managing priorities and workflow.
Proven capability to coordinate projects
Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
