Description

This position leads the implementation of centralized communication strategy for owned and earned media for all brand from Estee Lauder Companies portfolio in Hungary assuring local relevancy and implementation of global/regional strategies. Manages in-market influencers, creators and media relationships and projects assuring delivering business objectives and KPI’s, covering different parts of the communication funnel.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

· Project Management: Overseeing communication projects for owned and earned media in assigned markets, ensuring local relevance and alignment with global/regional strategies, building relations with consumers and driving specified objectives and KPIs

· External and internal partners management and collaboration: working closely with external partners such as earned media agencies

· Influencer and Media Management : Developing and maintain relationships with influencers and media in the market, facilitating collaborations and maximizing brand exposure.

· Market Analysis : Conducting analysis of local markets to understand consumer social media behavior, trends, and preferences, informing strategic decision-making.

· Platform Management : Managing owned platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) for the brands, including content creation, community management, and sales activations. Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize performance and engagement.

Qualifications

REQUIRENMENTS

· Experience: 3 years proven experience in communication, media management, or related field, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.

· Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights to develop effective media strategies.

· Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with influencers, agencies, and internal teams.

· Digital Savvy: Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and understanding of owned, earned and paid media metrics and analytics.

· Creativity: Innovative thinking and a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

· Organizational Skills: Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Collaborative Spirit: Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate across departments and regions to achieve shared goals.

· Knowledge of English and Hungarian at a level enabling free communication (spoken and written)
