Why This Job Matters?

This program aims the new generation of future project managers, the ones who has at least a secondary school degree, a deep interest in IT technologies/ Project management along with the capacity to kickstart their Project Manager career with a 15- month full time assignment. Key Responsibilities

Gain the necessary project management methodology and technical knowledge with the support of all the learning facilities to be able to fulfil the following responsibilities:

  • Planning and end-to-end delivery of Business customers, complex and/or multi standard contract deliveries in line with scope, cost, time, and quality throughout the life cycle – Win Business / T&T / In Life.

  • Build and own client and stakeholder relationships at all levels (Customer, Service Transition, Customer Design and Delivery, Supplier and Delivery Partners, Market Unit to name a few)

  • Responsible for matrix management of multi-disciplined resources or teams that are assigned to their projects

  • Accountable for the team’s SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets & drive team to deliver contractual milestones and successful projects

  • Support to create required project documentation and manages deliveries, creating project plan, communications plans, and milestones with end customers in line with BT’s Project & Programme Management methodologies

  • Co-ordinates activities across multiple teams including the end customer to plan successful implementation of projects

Soft skills:

  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements

  • Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering a service

  • Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended

  • Taking the responsibility and taking care of the consequences of deciding

Professional skills:

  • Strong project delivery skills to manage end-to-end delivery of complex or multiple standard projects and programmes is an advantage

  • Effective communication & stakeholder management relationship skills are an advantage

  • Ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies through the lifecycle of the project is an advantage

  • Ability to persuade, influence and inspire stakeholders and colleagues to achieve business outcomes is an advantage

  • Highly motivated and self-driven to deliver business outcomes, ability to prioritise based on delivering within the project/programme parameters

Language skills:

  • English on a fluent level

  • French on a conversational level is an advantage

  • German on a conversational level is an advantage

  • Spanish on a conversational level is an advantage
