SAP Development support for liveCache Applications and the S&OP Operator of IBP in Budapest, Hungary

What you'll do:

As a development supporter you will

  • Analyze and provide solutions for internal and customer tickets in the areas liveCache applications and Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

  • Communicate with customers via tickets and in conference calls

  • Work directly with developers to find and provide solutions

  • Make proposals to improve documentation and supportability tools (traces, etc.)

  • Get input and output data dumps (which are required to let developers analyze issues) from customers

  • Coordination of fixes with the liveCache applications quality team, SAP internal with DLM and receiving development teams, and with customers

  • Writing SAP notes and SAP internal documents (how-to, how to handle known issues, support guides, etc.)

  • No implementation of code, no implementation of code fixes!

What you bring:

You are able to speak clearly and fluently English and you are a passionate supporter.

It would benefical to

  • be able to speak German

  • have a background in supply chain management

  • to know SAP Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO)

  • to have know-how in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and here in application time-series-based supply planning

  • like to support and interact with colleagues and customers
