Data Analytics Manager
for our global team in Budapest.
The role:
This role will be a fundamental part of Material Management and MPS transformation. The Manager is responsible for fostering and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders from the SC Planning COE and Global Procurement and partner with IT, to effectively prioritize and manage analytics projects. This role will be develop analytical tools to decouple planning from Product Availability risk communication and critical reporting to support the business asks.
This role will work closely with the Supply Chain COE to detect analytical and automation opportunities to mitigate any possible risk on Material availability and deliver insights across brands and regions with a combination of modelling/analytical skills, data management and business insight. Using data visualization, and analytic tools to create the business building insights in mountains of data.
This role ensures the establishment and maintenance of a single source of truth working with the IAH Data operations team, ensuring consistent and aligned metrics and data across various functions. This role’s team will focus on analytics projects that span the entire End-to-End planning process, including dashboard development, data transformation, Descriptive, Predictive, and Prescriptive analytics, as well as project creation, tracking, and governance.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management (SVPs, VPs and Executive Directors), partnership and negotiation.
End-to-End Project Development and Optimization: Manage the Analytics Process working closely with the SC COE understand their business needs while identifying opportunities for improvements.
Design and develop Data visualization and interactive tools to drive insights and decision making.
Provide insight and visibility to support IBP, Distribution, Global supply planning teams, and NPL readiness.
Maintaining all existing Powerbi tools.
Helps streamline processes.
Reduce manual workload by automation and therefore create resources to tap into new areas of opportunities.
Analytics projects prioritization.
Ensure KPIs are delivered with Excellence (Timeliness, Accuracy, Customer Satisfaction, Cost, Throughput).
Process Harmonization: While understanding business insights, provide a more efficient and effective E2E planning process execution and collaborate with IT to ensure one truth of data.
Continuous improvement & Capacity Creation, internal & external.
Team leadership: Provides the team with business knowledge, expertise, and effective communication channels for them to manage challenging situations and successfully achieve their short and long-term role objectives.
Team building capabilities: Encourage and promote a team mindset for members to improve their capabilities, as well as identifying new ways of working to develop enhanced solutions within their different business scenarios.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Industrial Engineering or IT.
5 years experience in a similar role.
Continuous improvement and service-oriented mindset.
Strong focus on collaborating effectively with internal customers understanding their needs and identification of the audience and their area of focus
Data processing and analysis skills.
Abstract intelligence to be able to structure models, logic analysis and data management.
Spatial intelligence to be able to communicate business analysis through visual analytics.
Experience managing teams.
Tableau, Power BI knowledge.
Python and SQL knowledge.
