Morgan Stanley Data Analyst in Budapest, Hungary

You will:

• Create, implement, and manage survey initiatives with primary focus on programming surveys, data collection and synthetization • Design surveys for distribution to clients, prospects, employees and vendors • Build data visualizations for reporting to senior management and the survey requesting business units • Create data queries to generate survey distribution lists that capture statistically significant responses • Pair survey results with internal data for studies and reporting • Participate in governance and monitoring of execution of strategic surveys across Morgan Stanley Wealth Management • Establish strong work relationships with team members across Wealth Management functions to support strategic initiatives • Assist in the development of Tableau dashboards and data visualizations for reporting to senior management and business users including Financial Advisors • Provide analytics and insight for various business initiatives and projects • Utilize proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking to address challenges

You have:

• 0-3 years of business analytics experience or experience with digital tools • Highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter personality with a strong sense of ownership, willingness to learn, high degree of curiosity and desire to succeed • Advanced written and verbal communications in English • Strong analytical mindset • Strong sense of identifying priorities • The ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to determine business partner needs and create purpose built solutions • The ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units, teams job functions and geographical locations • At least Bachelor’s Degree

You preferably have:

• Knowledge / Experience in Marketing / Market Research and Analysis • Hands on experience utilizing digital tools, survey platforms (Qualtrics, Medallia, Confirmit, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.)

You might also have:

• Data visualization experience (Tableau, QlikView etc) • Experience with SPSS, R, SQL, DataIku

The Analytics & Data (A&D) organization is a key growth area within Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Division, playing a critical role in the execution of the wider Wealth Management strategy.
