The Supply Chain Operations (SCO) supports a crucial part of the end-to-end supplier lifecycle process, from supplier risk assessment, through payment. The SCO’s purpose is to ensure we manage our supply chain in an efficient and standardized manner through all stages of the supplier lifecycle, leveraging Citi’s scale to optimize the supply chain while ensuring rigorous controls.

What you will do:

• Troubleshoot invoice- and employee expense related problems via phone calls, emails and chat

• Support handling customer queries and complaints during exceptional cases or post mortem activities

• Maintain statistics on volume variation by product for an operational unit

• Communicate with diverse audiences through the exchange of information in a concise and logical manner

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support the ongoing operational projects as a context ex

What we will need from you:

• 0-2 years of work experience - fresh graduates are welcome

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Intermediate command of MS Suite

• Proactivity

• Bachelors degree

• Communication skills - able to use various communication channels, shape their message in understandable and appropriate manner

• Work coordination, prioritization, time management
