Business Analyst – Supply Chain System Operations

The Resource Management Organization (RMO) Systems Operations Support Team is a global function, supporting implementation of standard systemic solutions and controls for the end-to-end supply chain processes in Citibank. For critical or broad scope initiatives, System Operations team co-ordinates transformation and change management activities across RMO ensuring global standardization & efficiency.
Analyze comparative data from reports, process reviews and issues reported (both system and process related) and interprets results
Based on analysis performed, makes recommendations to support process improvements and increase in operating efficiencies that have limited but direct impact on the business
Engage technology partners and stakeholders where needed to implement changes and control implementations
Actively participate and coordinate system testing related activities
Work closely together with Operations and Technology teams to make sure that internal projects and initiatives are completed on time and support Global Project Managers with project related tasks and deliverables
Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
Payables/Accounting knowledge is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written English
Avanced MS Office Suite knowledge
Flexibility and Accuracy, attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure, with short deadlines
