Randstad Risesmart, the outplacement division of Randstad Enterprises, specializes in career transition services for organizations in more than 40 industries and 80 countries.

We are now looking for someone to join us as Account Coordinator to support our RiseSmart Team based in Hungary.

In this role you will:

• Controlling entries in our production and management tools

• Drafting mission letters and contracts for our freelance partners

• Sending to the people concerned, follow-up reminders

• Scheduling assessment and coaching sessions

• Entry and updating of Administration decisions on the professional nature of work accidents

• Creating and arranging the logistics for group and training sessions in Salesforce, registering the trainees, generating registration forms, invitations, etc.

• Updating the schedule of webinar workshops for outplacement candidates, identifying the themes and consultants to be assigned, planning actions in calendars

• Processing candidates' IT difficulties when connecting to our platform and consulting the data in Salesforce MyPilot

• Monitoring the time entry of our teams and external teams with individual reminders

• Ad-hoc operations reporting in Excel

Your profile:

• Previous experience in administrative work

• Excellent computer skills to use our internal platforms, Salesforce and standard Microsoft office applications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills - you will represent our company externally and we want you to be comfortable in talking to various stakeholders

• Willingness to learn and develop in the role and in Randstad

• Time management and organizational skills - could help you a lot in this role

• Fluency in French and English - both languages are used on a daily basis
