[Responsibilities]

Business oriented for yield improvements with technical support.

Prior experience leading and managing complex problem-solving projects end to end.

Ability to work with urgency on both tactical and strategic problems.

Interface with the device and process Engineers & Business Units to drive quality initiatives and maintain best in class quality – jointly to identify and drive wafer Fab, Assembly and Final test yield improvements.

Identify and correct potential product marginalities and reduce potential product scrap and yield excursion.

Take leadership role to establish relationships between multiple manufacturing sites and engineering departments to drive corrective actions tied to yield and quality improvements.

Analyze and deliver KPIs (Scrap, Cost and yield) to ensure the PSG business objectives.

Monitor, review and present regular yield performance data and metrics to stakeholders in a concise and clear way that enables data-driven decision-making based proper highlights.

Participate in yield analysis, drive necessary improvement actions on silicon process, setting optimization, and testing robustness in order to improve yield to target based proper driven actions

Driving regular and special cross-functional team meetings towards consensus of PSG requirements.
