1. Discussion with development engineer for new development package design.

(Package lay-out, Lead frame design, etc…)

1. Discussion with vender for new development tool design.

FOL: SMT process jig & tool design, Al & Au wire bonding clamp design, other jig design

EOL: Mold chase design, Trim/Form module design, other jigs design

1. POC (Proof of Concept) process and tool evaluation for new development package.

2. POC process set-up for process Spec’, working method, Etc.

3. Discussion with vender for POC tool design.

4. Support to POC process and equipment.

5. Support to Mass production POC process and equipment.

6. Manage the schedule for engineering and customer sample.

7. POC lab equipment maintenance.

To get higher quality level of POC process, to get robust PKG POC based on DFM (Design For Manufacturing) and to support any production related issues, high skilled and experienced EOL (End of Line) related engineer with minimum 15years in the industry are needed with high skill of related process machines and its understanding, technology, handling and maintenance knowledge.
