Job Description
The core responsibility is to develop and maintain Pharmacovigilance and Quality learning programs. This position will assist the design and development of learning program and lead the learning program deployment and post-training support.
Specific responsibilities are:
Develop and implement learning program launch and deployment strategies
Consult business and colleagues on how best to create rich learning experiences with the global learning experience platform
Create and update learning assets in the learning experience platform
Develop learning curriculums or journeys to best support the learning outcome and experience
Monitor and generate reports or dashboards to demonstrate learning activities, behaviors and trends.
Innovate and drive enhancements to the learning platform to continuously enrich the learning experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
Experience with LMS is required
Foundational instructional design skills is required
2 or more years in supporting or leading learning programs in a fast-paced, technical, and complex environment
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Strong organization skills, critical thinking, time management, quick-to-learn, open-minded and global mindset are required
