The role
As a Software Portfolio Management Associate, you will have an outstanding chance to define a significant impact on our software procurement and management processes. Key responsibilities:

As a central contact for specific third-party software, you will provide advice and consultation to end-users. Your expertise and mentorship will be instrumental in helping our clients make informed decisions.
You will play a crucial role in helping us ensure software license compliance and assist in software audits. Your meticulous approach to compliance will help us maintain our extraordinary standards.

What we need to see from you
A University Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to prioritization and execution are essential. Your capacity to effectively analyze data and communicate insights will be key to your success.
Although experience is not required, having some background in a fast-paced business setting with customer or client management is desirable. This experience will provide you with an advantage in comprehending the intricacies of our industry.
