Join the SoftwareOne IT Asset Management (ITAM) team and work with a dedicated group of consultants building out next generation Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions for our customers. This team takes care of advisory, design, implementation and delivery of ServiceNow IT Service Management, IT Operations Management and ITAM.

The role
The ServiceNow Architect is a key member of our ServiceNow Pre-Sales and delivery team and owns the overall design of the platform and mapping client business requirements to systems/technical requirements.
You will manage the overall architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of ServiceNow within the client environment
Responsible for demoing ServiceNow features and functionality to clientsOffer mentorship, leadership, and project oversight in regards to ServiceNow technology workflowsResponsible for internal artifacts and work to ensure they meet solution requirementsWork directly with the client’s product owners, scrum masters/project leaders, and solution architects, which includes presenting the design and development work to the broader project team.Work closely with the development teams, participate and lead design and architecture reviewsIf vital building integrations using infrastructure platform APIs via SOAP and/or REST APIsConsent to technical specifications and documents, architecture diagrams, system documentation and manualsSign off on update set promotion to productionParticipate in pre-sales activities related to the technology workflows (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM), including project sizing and prioritisation
What we need to see from you
ServiceNow Development and Consulting:
Extensive experience in a consulting role, ideally from a lead developer / technical architect background
-Authority understanding on import sets and transform maps, working with external data sources, ServiceNow data mapping
Experience with:
Normalization Data Services configuration
ITOM Discovery for on-premise and cloud environments
Configuration Management Lifecycle
Common Services Data Model
Service Mapping, Event Management, and Certificate Management
3rd Party credential stores, network access, and firewalls
Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL
-Additional product line(s) on the ServiceNow platform (one or more of ITSM, SPM (formerly ITBM), and/or ITAM)
-A positive promotor of workplace environment and a ""can do"" demeanour
-Eagerness to learn and grow
-Good communication, explanation and presentation skills
-Desire to travel (up to 15%) and be comfortable in changing office environments
-SAM Tool certification would be a plus
-Proficient in English. German is a plus.
Nice to have:
-Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB
-Insight into Identification and Reconciliation Engine and impacts to the CMDB
-Understanding of the ServiceNow workflow capabilities (Flow Designer)
-Understanding of platform security and integration standard methodologies
Certificates:
Must have: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Optional: CIS Discovery, CIS SAM, CIS HAM, CIS ITSM
