Citigroup Senior Executive Assistant in Bucharest, Romania
Senior Executive assistant will support Romania CCO & Banking Head with handling calendar events, travel management, expense management and onboarding.
Responsibilities:
SEA to the Romania CCO & Banking Head
Expenses and invoice processing, using applications such as Concur, and Procurement to Pay
Travel Management: Bookings, Visa and applications, transfers and agenda preparation
Client onboarding– using CRD, OMC and AMC, setting up base numbers and counterparties
Meeting Room Management: Internal and external client bookings (Inc. coordinating interviews).
Facilities Coordination: desk moves, Stationery supplies, POC for visiting employees and floor approvals.
New Hire Onboarding: Desk allocation and set up, DL management and point of contact
Travel and Expense Governance Deck presentation
Business continuity planning
Note and record keeper for the Quarterly Support
Qualifications:
2-6 years of previous office administration experience preferably within a large and complex financial services or similar organization
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Native Bulgarian and advanced English language knowledge
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
