We are looking for a Senior Customer Order Management Specialist who will oversee and coordinate customer service activities to meet goals and customer needs, while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and quality standards. You will manage sales orders, organize shipments, prepare export documentation, and support the sales force through continuous system and policy improvements.

What you will do:

  • Oversee and coordinate customer service activities to meet goals, quality standards, and customer needs and objectives.

  • Provide first-class customer service to distributors and act as the primary point of contact.

  • Support and execute logistics in accordance with customer requirements, business rules, CSD objectives, RA/QA, and trade compliance.

  • Interact with the supply chain to ensure inventory availability.

  • Coordinate with responsible functions to make informed allocation decisions.

  • Address tactical issues with forwarders, distribution coordinators, and customers.

  • Prepare and deliver reports to customers, sales, finance, and RAQA teams.

  • Identify opportunities for service and process improvements.

  • Participate in initiatives and projects to enhance service, productivity, processes, and cost reductions.

  • Ensure compliance with all aspects of the Quality Management System, from alert notification to total customer satisfaction.

  • Support customers and the sales force through continuous system and policy improvements.

  • Maintain team and individual compliance.

  • Manage sales orders, including uploading customer SOs in Oracle, requesting item allocations, and updating prices.

  • Organize timely responses to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and lead times.

  • Coordinate shipments, including organizing deliveries and drop shipments, and managing returns and complaints.

What you need:

  • Hands-on experience in managing international customer service and distribution

  • Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, and MS Office applications

  • Fluency in English

  • Familiarity with ISO and FDA standards

  • Capability to make routine decisions that impact service levels for internal and external customers

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams
