Job Description
Lead projects and programs that will improve people, processes and systems in the global HR Organization by partnering with cross regional and functional teams
Implement innovative and scalable processes; take part or coordinate definition of methodologies, practices and procedures
Design efficient global processes with the operations and customer in mind
Produce and manage project related documentation, roadmaps, status dashboards, communications to stakeholders
Analyze data on given processes to produce trends to identify and plan improvement areas
Facilitate discussions on complex topics, collaborate and drive towards solutions
Develop or lead the efforts to define testing needs for new systems and tools
Manage relationship with stakeholders effectively
Act as Regional or Global Process Owner
Coordinate definition of training needs, plans, materials and deliverables
Use industry benchmarking to ensure world class standards incorporated & being met

Responsibilities
Manage programs, projects and initiatives at regional and global level
Design efficient programs and processes with the operations and customer in mind
Interpret policy, laws, and regulations and ensure company is compliant at global & regional level

Effectively present both high level and detailed plans to leadership teams
Identify risk and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
Effectively facilitate meetings and drive decisions
Design analytics & metrics strategy to effectively evaluate company success
Use change management strategies to lead others through change
Network globally and establish trusting partnerships with stakeholders
Partners closely with regional leads and partners globally
Design & execute quality checks
Use data and planning to influence regional and global alignments
Create and facilitate training
Evaluate customer satisfaction and when changes need to be done to projects, processes or programs
Has at least 5 years’ experience in programs and project management.
Highly organized and efficient is a must
Skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders and understanding their business content
Role is part of the operations team, not an "outsider" PM role that only facilitates projects. Rather role is invested in the team and adds value by being part of the executive leadership team.
Has led multiple projects at once ranging from small just go do's to large scale corporate programs. Projects were focused on improving business performance by simplifying, standardizing, centralizing and automating.
Has experience in leading remote multicultural teams (cross countries or cross regions) and liaising with various other teams (business, technical, design, etc.) to achieve objectives
Is used to working in a fast moving environment, quickly adapting to change and new strategy (changes in prioritization, deadlines, approach, etc.)
Has high attention to details and the patience to pursue things to closure
Has excellent communication and presentation skills - directly and succinctly - across cubicles, organizational boundaries and cultures
Knows how to net out and summarize problems and recommendations at all levels
Has a strong analytical capacity - developed multiple analyses using complex data
Has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Has expert MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
