Your Role

The Tender and Pricing Manager is responsible for managing the tendering process and developing competitive pricing strategies for road logistics services. This role involves analyzing market trends, preparing detailed proposals, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the company’s offerings are both competitive and profitable.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end tenderprocess, including the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders.

• Analyze tender documents andidentify key requirements and risks.

• Coordinate with internalstakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely submissionof tenders.

• Maintain a database of tendersubmissions and outcomes for future reference.

• Develop and implement pricingstrategies that align with market conditions and company objectives.

• Conduct market research tostay informed about industry trends, competitor pricing, and customerneeds.

• Prepare detailed cost analysesand pricing models for road logistics services.

• Collaborate with sales andoperations teams to ensure pricing strategies are competitive andprofitable.

• Build and maintain strongrelationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.

• Address customer inquiries andprovide timely and accurate information regarding pricing and tenderprocesses.

• Negotiate terms and conditionswith customers to secure profitable contracts.

• Prepare regular reports ontender activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.

• Analyze tender outcomes andpricing performance to identify areas for improvement.

• Provide insights andrecommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Knowledge of Road Logistics servicesand related solutions, it is mandatory.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience intender management and pricing within the logistics industry, it ismandatory.

• Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret complex data and market trends.

• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal andexternal stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a strategicmindset to drive business growth through competitive pricing.

• Ability to work under pressure andmeet tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in business,Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
