Job Description

Digitalization of Administrative Processes (DAP) unit at Danfoss is growing – it is supporting the organization in process mining and RPA area. We are looking for a strong candidate for the position of Manager who will lead the DAP Project Management team in line with DAP project methodology & operating model. The role is global.

Job Responsibilities

• E2E project management in the area of​​Process Mining and RPA in line with DAP standards and framework to follow the needs of the organization

• Close collaboration with business stakeholders in the realization of projects within​​Process Mining, Task Mining, RPA

• Supporting the business stakeholders to identify the potential of process optimalization and recommending solutions and tools in​​Process Mining andRPA

• Managing a global team (3 locations), including team performance and development, building required competencies, supporting in daily operations, providing leadership, inspiring the team by leading by example to embrace diversity

• Continuous improvement of DAP project management by defining and implementing new processes, procedures, new solutions, building new competencies in the team, tracking market trends, etc.

• Monitor market trend in Project Management, Process Mining, RPA and actively participate in defining DAP strategy & setting goals

Background & Skills

• Education background in Information Technology/ Engineering/ Economics

• Around 5 years of experience in people and project management

• Extensive knowledge & experience in the field of process mining & automation supplemented by experience in project management

• Practical knowledge of UiPath, Power Automate, Celonis, SAP, AzureDevOps, and other tools from the area of automation, process mining, project management.

• Experience in managing global complex projects in matrix organization

• Analytical and problem solving skills

• Proactivity and initiative along with strategic thinking and continuous improvement

• Excellent English language skills in speech and writing

• Very strong communication skills
