Core Responsibilities

  • Drive Commercial Success : Partner with the Senior KAM to shape and implement the Integrated Commercial Planning process for Israel.

  • Own Key Accounts : Lead all direct accounts, with a focus on LEGO-branded stores, grocery, wholesalers, and distributors.

  • Build Strategic Partnerships : Cultivate long-term relationships with accounts and key partners to deliver mutual growth and success.

  • Execute Joint Business Plans : Develop and implement customer business plans, sales forecasts, and strategies. Ensure these are integrated into company systems and drive towards shared targets.

  • Data-Driven Excellence : Monitor and analyse customer data regularly. Take proactive steps to close any gaps and optimize performance.

  • In-Store Brilliance : Ensure impeccable in-store execution, working closely with external merchandising teams to maintain high standards.

Join our newly established Business Unit covering Romania, Bulgaria, Israel, and Moldova , built for innovation and growth. This structure cultivates cross-market collaboration, enabling you to share knowledge and drive success across diverse markets. As KAM Israel, you’ll work closely with the Senior Key Account Manager and play a crucial role in crafting our success in Israel.

Note : We have no office in Israel, so all operations will be conducted remotely.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles and key account management.

  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of delivering sustained account growth.

  • Good knowledge of Israel market is an advantage

  • Ability to handle complexity. High level of resilience, adaptation and agility.

  • Multicultural sensitive, brave and curious.

  • Strong collaboration skills & cross- functional knowledge

  • Analytical, structured and result-oriented.

  • Capable of using digital tools (BW, PBI, CTM, TPM, AMT, CSM, TIF) and lead time efficiently.

  • Driven, energetic, and passionate about making a difference!

  • Willingness to travel regularly to Israel.

  • Proficiency in English is required; Hebrew and Romanian are a plus.
