As IT Senior Business Analyst , Finance you will be a key driver for projects delivery, IT operating model and service completion and business partnerships with Group Functions, especially Finance (local Europe, Europe and Group) within Global team.

What You'll Do:

• Act as an IT Product and Core model expert for our core Finance applications and modules (ERP Oracle JDE Europe, MEA / APAC mainly, High Radius, Blackline, etc.);

• Participate to projects / deployments and roll-outs for Group Functions applications, as IT Finance expert;

• In charge of understanding business requirements and rules and translating them into IT requirements that will later be used to build / fix the information systems;

• Propose innovative solutions and optimized processes to solve business key pain points;

• In charge of ensuring good IT specifications (part of Global IT knowledge capture program), challenge the proposals of external stakeholders;

• Capture the knowledge, understand and master the applications in order to cover the needs;

• Be a solid counterpart of the other IT teams (especially ETL and development teams) to ensure good delivery of IT Projects, Demands and Requests (from specifications, to unit IT test, to end-to-end UAT);

• Follow progress, reporting to Project Manager and business counterparts;

• Perform Key user support level 3;

• Counterpart of support Level 2 (Group IT), providers and business people;

• Can be a trusted counterpart on functional issue, interacting smoothly with employees up to Director’s level;

• Can organize and facilitate workshops with up to 15 participants .

Qualifications:

• Be autonomous: know how to organize the work to reach the objectives defined by the CoE;

• Be a team player: know how to organize a project and ensure good relationships with different stakeholders (internal, IT, external);

• Adopt a service-oriented behavior: know how to interact with sponsors and report/follow activities (project, budget, risk, service continuity);

• Be multi-task: know how to act as key point of contact for Support activities as well as on project mode, with different stakeholders;

• 5+ years of JDE ERP finance experience - or 10+ years of finance experience with minimum 5 years ERP experience with other platforms, e.g. PeopleSoft, SAP;

• Finance processes knowledge is a must (AP, AR, GL, Cash, Treasury Management);

• ERP Finance (JDE) modules knowledge is a real asset;

• Ivalua, High Radius and/or Blackline knowledge is a plus;

• Additional proven knowledge on at least one of the following domains : HR, Customer Service, and/or Procurement functional areas is a plus;

• University degree in either IT or Business;

• At ease with written and spoken English, good presentation skills, French language beneficial.
