SAP Intern - IT Transformation Office Support (limited contract) in Bucharest, Romania

What you'll do

During this paid internship, you will help us transform our organization.

  • Plan Trainings and Facilitate Workshops This involves preparing Mural, creating training documents, maintaining the training folder, and setting up templates for each batch.

  • Projects Follow-through Each batch has a minimum of 15 improvement projects. You will be responsible for tracking project statuses, following through on key challenges, and planning sessions with mentors.

  • Set up a CI Community With over 250 trained members in ECS, your responsibility will include setting up quarterly connect sessions with all CI Specialists and preparing Keynote Speakers.

  • Drive Repeat Projects Follow through with alumni batches to check if they have completed any additional projects.

  • Track Project Impact/Savings Track and update SharePoint with the latest information regarding project outcomes.

  • Share Success Stories Help in sharing success stories of projects and trainings through newsletters and blogs.

What you bring

  • Active university student status

  • Field of study: Organizational Development, (Economic) Psychology, Business

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Romanian

  • Analytical skills with the ability to grasp and work with complex concepts

  • Experience with MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

  • Good communication, presentation, and networking skills with the ability to work in a team

  • Willingness to learn and collaborate

  • Creativity, motivation, and the ability to work in a structured, independent manner

  • Responsibility and a strong focus on driving topics open-mindedly towards the end result

  • A basic understanding of New Work, Change Management, Transformation, and Organizational Development, ideally with some experience
