Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development of sales in the FOOD SERVICE segment of Bonduelle products in its area of activity Bucharest & regions around.
Realization of sales budgets for the allocated area, in accordance with the company's rules;
Maintaining the connection with the distributor's sales force, developing the relationship with the distributor and identifying the new possible distributors in the allocated area;
Makes orders regularly, plans and organizes promotions, gastro - presentations both to customers and to the sales force of the distributor;
Daily visit of existing and potential customers to maintain the relationship and to identify solutions to maximize sales;
Keep direct contact with Key Accounts of distributors and key people from purchasing dep;
Closely supervises the activity of distributors in the assigned area;
Periodically reports the results obtained on the allocated area regarding: the situation of sales, listings, new projects, as well as the estimated volume of sales for the next period;
To build a sustainable business relationship with our customers and create annual plans for key clients;
To monitor, report and request the immediate operation of all water and road changes in its area: new customers, customers who have closed the business, the activity of competitors, community programs;
Requirements:
University degree
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Accountable, precise, quick and pragmatic way of working
Strong in negotiations
Proactive, open-minded, self motivated personality
Flexible and energetic person with passion for HORECA business
Responsible, results oriented and solution seeking person
Project management, planning and prioritizing
Good level of English
