You'llbe the subject matter expert for Digital Marketing efforts taking the lead on driving the most impactful campaigns!

We'repleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both , requiring 3 days in the office/store location and 2 days from home. No relocationassistanceis offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • To lead the digitalisation for the BU Marketing team in Commercial, Communication, Media Planning and Training areas.

  • To input and co-shape as well as locally deploy the regional Digital strategy in collaboration with a diverse set of regional and collaborators across a Digital ecosystem of owned,earnedand paid channels.

  • Input into budget decisions for digital media channels alongside Brand Manager.

  • To be the subject matter expert for local digital marketing activations supporting across the teams, develop local execution plans using globally / regionally developed campaigns;

  • To drive content distribution for LEGO owned digital platforms, while looking for the relevant opportunities with partners’ platforms.

  • To drive the Digital Marketing measurement & performance analysis against regional Key Performance Indicators and benchmarks.

  • To suggest low hanging and scalable digital marketing opportunities for BU countries, i.e.in the area ofcontent distribution.

  • Translate regional innovation opportunities andidentifyincremental local opportunities.

Do you have what it takes.

  • Complex digital marketing experience from agency or premium consumer brand, experience working in non-traditional marketing inclusive of influencer, experiential, social commerce, content marketing, digital integration.

  • High level understanding of global technical platforms in digital world from content distribution and advertising perspective.

  • Deep understanding of digital channels measurement and ability to connect digital critical metrics with overall marketing and businessobjectives.

  • Track recordof defining digital strategies and sophisticated digital media eco-systems and its successful roll-out; experience building well-rounded digital marketing plans against bold business plans.

  • Track recordof designing and rolling-out innovative projects in Digital Marketing area.

  • Drive for results – championing effectiveness and data centricity, bravery to test hypothesis, live a constantly learning

  • Advanced English language knowledge.
