Position purpose

Alignment of plans and people within the Innovative Business Unit , including key business stakeholders in order to achieve long-term stability and drive company growth.

Responsibilities

• To ensure Business Unit requirements are incorporated into company, regional and global strategies and tactics.

• To ensure effective lifecycle management of current and future brands within the Business Unit.

• To deliver continuous improvements in brand plans and their implementation, aligning sales and marketing strategies and tactics, through ongoing reviews, objective setting, continuous follow-up.

• To pro-actively track indicators to ensure strategic direction and course correct where necessary.

• To manage marketing and sales teams in order to implement strategies and tactics.

• To coach and train with a view to the development of marketing and sales teams.

• To conduct Performance Reviews and set objectives for direct reports with a view to enhance their development.

• To identify and agree development plans for direct reports and deliver through appropriate resourcing.

• To create a working environment within the Business Unit that fosters open communication, a sense of urgency, high standards, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Main stakeholders

• Internal: Innovative Business Unit, Commercial Department, Supply Chain, Country Leadership Team, etc.

• External: Physicians, KOLs, wholesalers, relevant healthcare institutions.

Qualifications and experience

• University degree

• 5+ years of sales and brand management experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and proven track record of success

• Native Romanian speaker and fluent in both spoken and written knowledge of English

• Solutions-oriented thinking paired with sense of urgency

• Team player with good interpersonal skills, ability to influence and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Strategic ability to develop innovative and impactful strategies and tactics

• Proven leadership and communication skills (presentation and business writing skills)

• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, MS Excel)

• Leading by example, open communication, engaging people management skills

• High level of integrity and ethical standards in business conduct
