SUMMARY: This position will support to our Compliance and Production Departments by tracking compliance deadlines, inputting and tracking compliance data, processing and tracking permit fees, processing financial transactions for procurement and payment of services, supporting management with general office administrative assistant duties, and providing support with meetings, calendar management, and presentations.
ESSENTAL DUTIES: Responsible for tracking compliance deadlines and related tasks Responsible for processing and tracking payment of permit fees Input operational data to support the preparation of monthly and annual operational/ compliance reports Prepare reports as required by management Responsible for administrative functions of the procure to pay process including initiating Purchase Requisitions, managing vendor invoices for coding and coordination with Accounts Payable Department. Coordinates, organizes, and supports group meetings logistics Administrative support to staff using various Company software programs. Track expenses for utilization with budgetary evaluations and capital and operating budget preparation. Compose and prepare general correspondence. Maintain files Ordering supplies. Perform other assignments as requested by Supervisor.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: High school graduate or the equivalent Excellent organizational skills Current valid driver's license Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications. Normal business oral and written communication skills. Effectively customer and stakeholder interaction focused on problem resolution Experience in working with commercial financial software desired, or ability to learn and use proficiently within 3 months Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
