Robert Half Accounting Manager/Supervisor in Bryant, Arkansas
Description
We are in search of an Accounting Manager to be a part of our team in Bryant, Arkansas. You will be working in the construction industry, focusing on the management of multiple companies' accounting activities. Your work will include preparation of financial statements, analysis reports, and overseeing daily accounting operations.
The salary range will be $75,000 - $90,000 DOE along with phenomenal benefits that come along with joining this growing company!

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the daily accounting activities across multiple companies
• Ensure accurate processing and recording of the companies’ financial transactions
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, identifying any discrepancies or issues that need to be escalated
• Review and reconcile inter-company transactions on a regular basis
• Regularly reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank accounts for multiple companies
• Assist in the monthly closing of accounts receivables and payables
• Contribute to third-party audits by preparing and providing necessary information
• Maintain up-to-date accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are well organized
• Prepare schedules at the end of each month to aid in closing
• Utilize accounting software systems effectively for financial management and reporting.
Requirements
• Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is expected.
• Experience with BlackLine software is desirable.
• Knowledge of Concur software is a plus.
• Applicants should be well-versed with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions is necessary.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.
• Candidates must have experience in auditing.
• Proficiency in billing functions is also required.
