Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their financial needs and provide exceptional service.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, and income statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Project Management: Coordinate and manage various bookkeeping projects for clients, including payroll processing, and accounts payable/receivable management.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and document standard operating procedures for bookkeeping processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Relationship Building: Cultivate working relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing financial support and insight into their books.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in client accounts, demonstrating a solutions-oriented approach to ensure client satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other account managers, operational manager, and business owner in order to improve operational efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on accounting software improvements, and best practices, continually seeking opportunities to grow in knowledge and experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant work experience.
Proven experience in account management, financial reporting, project management, and SOP documentation.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to clients.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Google Workspace (preferred).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
