Philips Senior Customer Project Manager Radiology Informatics in Brussel (Bruxelles), Belgium

As Senior Customer Project Manager, you will lead projects for Radiology Informatics (RI), that are customer facing, to meet the project’s objectives and stakeholders’ expectations, and to create customer value. You will be part of Enterprise Informatics RI S&SD Implementation Central Europe.

Your role:

  • Overseeing and managing large projects , usually with a project volume of>1mEUR and cross-functional project teams.

  • Gaining agreements on and achieving project goals and objectives, balancing, and managing the project scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks.

  • Appropriately balancing, risk taking, issue escalation and setting up detailed progress / escalation reports (including suggested corrective actions).

  • Building relationships with customers and external partners within the region up to Sr. Management Level.

  • Participating in project steering committees.

  • Leading diverse project team(s), empowering the team members to become efficient and effective.

  • Ensuring that the team works adherence to standardized solution delivery processes and provide flawless customer experience.

  • Ensuring with your team that our Radiology Informatics (RI) solutions are delivered according to scope, quality, budget and time.

  • Managing external parties like subcontractors and partners with complex or customized contracts.

  • Ensuring cost performance and optimization by driving KPIs such used rate by role/skill level, project costing/re-calculation.

  • Controlling the project budgets and project progresses, evaluating all change requests as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions.

  • Supporting revenue and cost forecasting process for projects and ensuring changes to the forecast are reported & flagged.

  • Developing proposals on how to improve processes and procedures proactively in the interest of continuous improvement.

  • Managing workforce and resource management across projects within the zone to ensure seamless delivery of projects and flawless customer experience.

You're the right fit if:

  • 5+ years of work experience in the relevant area.

  • A degree/qualification in software engineering, business engineering or equivalent.

  • Ideally in-depth experience in the Health Systems industry.

  • Proven skills in a software professional services area and project manager role, ideally across different countries/markets.

  • Professional knowledge of project management methods, and estimation techniques (resources, cost, time and risks) for the relevant technical/functional discipline.

  • PMI PMP level or equivalent mandatory.

  • Functional Knowledge of the applied products and systems and the interaction with 3rd party systems.

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety standards.

  • Managerial skills like people management, team management and managing multiple set of subcontractors and competitors.

  • Relevant experience with improvement projects for software delivery projects meeting time, budget & quality as well as for managed services quality.

  • Comprehensive understanding of “people business” which includes the management for key skills in project, solutions and services business as well as continuous professionalization across the entire resource base.

  • Experience in analyzing process performance and identify improvement opportunities and finding sponsorship and commitment for improvement initiatives.
