Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installation of Insulation: Install insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam, or cellulose in walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces
- Measurement and Cutting: Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas using appropriate tools and equipment
- Sealing Gaps: Seal gaps, cracks, and air leaks to prevent heat loss or gain using caulking, foam, or other sealing materials
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet quality standards and manufacturer specifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical work both indoors and outdoors, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces
