Temporary, full time positions from 10/01/2024 to 09/30/2027, 1st shift Monday to Friday, 40 hrs/week, schedule varies, no minium education, minimum of 12 months experience needed. This position requires travel between job sites in Stanton, TN and Glendale KY about 50% of the time. This position is paid $17.06 per hour for work performed in Tennessee. Overtime varies and will be paid at a time and half. The company will use a single workweek for computing wages and pay bi-weekly. The company will provide lodging and deduct from payroll at the worker's request along with all deductions required by law. Daily transportation to/from work and meals are provided at no additional charge. The companywill provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies, equipment and uniform required to perform job.If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). The company guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

Detailed job duties are: Installing conveyors, stacker cranes, mobile racking system, logistics elevators, warehouse lifters using hand tools and portable power tools. Assisting operators of forklifts, cranes, loaders, and trailers in non-operator capacity such as verifying inventories to be moved for accuracy. Assisting operators of heavy machinery and equipment in non-operator capacity such as removing hazards. Loading, unloading, transporting boxes weighing less than 50 lbs either manually or using non-mechanized equipment like hand carts and wheelbarrows. Tracking transport of heavy machinery and equipment for job sites using a log book. Regularly checking non-mechanized equipment like hand carts and wheelbarrows for signs of wear. Replace or repair worn or damaged parts of non-mechanized equipment using hand tools and portable power tools. Performing routine maintenance on non-mechanized equipment, such as removing dirt by wiping with rag, adding lubricants to parts. Using a log book, making sure all scheduled maintenance and repair work is being performed. Preparing construction sites, materials and tools. Loading and unloading of materials, tools and equipment. Removing debris, garbage and discarded materials from sites. Installation of production equipment. Assembling and breaking down temporary structures. Assisting tradesmen as needed. Assisting with transport and operation of heavy machinery and equipment. Maintenance and repairs of equipment as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations. Place traffic signals where appropriate. Digging holes, trenches and shafts. Following plans, blueprints and instructions.
