Job Summary

Hybrid role in Brossard, 2 days minimum in the office

We are presently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Project Manager – Information Systems (IS) and Customer Experience (CX) who will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of key IS and CX projects, including ERP, CRM, BI and other business systems initiatives. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, Customer Experience and others) to ensure that all projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to stakeholders. Additionally, you will spearhead various customer experience projects, enhancing our Customer Service, Technical Support, and Customer Training functions to improve overall customer satisfaction.

A successful candidate will possess a strong background in project management, particularly within information systems, and demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively, both with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, will be crucial in ensuring project alignment and success. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk management will set you apart. Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Project Management:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, resource allocation, and budget.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

• Use appropriate methodologies to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders regularly.

• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off, status, and review meetings.

• Work closely with the technical teams to ensure requirements are met.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

• Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and implement relevant solutions.

Risk Management:

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Project Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate project team members.

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.

  • PMP or other Project Management certification.

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, including:

  • Proven experience managing ERP, CRM, BI, and other business systems projects.

  • Proven experience in the delivery of CX projects involving cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Management of simultaneous projects of different sizes and complexity levels.

  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project) and/or Azure DevOps for task management within an Agile/Scrum framework.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

  • Strong understanding of customer service, technical support, and customer training processes and solutions.

  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and under tight deadlines, independently or within a team.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.

  • Bilingual French and English: To serve clients and external service providers across Canada and USA
