Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking an Sr. Project Admin. for our Broomfield, CO, location.

  • Citizenship Required: United States Citizenship

  • Clearance Required: Yes; you must either currently have or be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance

The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is ($54,200.00 - $67,800.00). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

As an Operation Excellence Admin here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational excellence initiatives and driving process improvements across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior managers, and directors to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational processes. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to streamlining operations and enhancing overall efficiency.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on improving operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Support the operational excellence initiatives to drive process improvements and enhance overall efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps and develop solutions to address them.

  • Support team with capital and expense issues and collaborate with Finance and Program Management.

  • Assist in implementing best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline processes.

  • Analyze data and provide insights to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the organization.

  • Assist in monitoring and tracking key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of operational excellence initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 3+ years of experience in finance

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
