Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Spa Concierge & Reception Attendant for Mokara Spa at the beautiful Interlocken Hotel!

Omni Hotels & Resorts was named one of the Best-Led Companies in 2024 by Glassdoor! Omni Interlocken Hotel is seeking a Spa Concierge and Front Desk Attendant to join our outstanding spa team! This vital role will work closely with the Spa Manager and Spa Leaders to ensure successful execution of all operations relating to Mokara Spa, resulting in high levels of guest satisfaction. This highly motivated individual will be responsible for providing world-class customer service and the ultimate spa experience for each of our guests. We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals who love contributing to a winning team. If you have spa front desk experience, we would love to speak with you about this role. Salary for this position is (based on experience): $21.00/hour. Spa Concierge will also receive a portion of commission on the cost of spa treatments in the form of a guest service charge and a 10% retail commission on products sold to guests. Responsibilities
Book and confirm appointments, greet guests, provide tours, check-in, and check out guests. Provide complimentary beverage service to guests. Up-sell, cross-sell, and pre-sell services and products Relay with confidence both product and service benefits to guests. Assist guests in the retail area as needed.
Folding, sorting, and stocking clean spa and pool linens as well as transporting dirty spa and pool linens to the laundry department for processing Work closely with Spa Manager to communicate spa goals & objectives, policies and procedures, prices, and relevant information to staff. Resolve all guest challenges in a timely manner and alert management of the situation. Ensure retail display inventory levels are accurate and shelves are dust-free. Ability to open, close, and work closely with cash handling procedures. Assist with the closing of all retail sales at the front desk. Assist with maintaining cleanliness of pool area and fitness center Maintain an accurate shift log so that any noteworthy tems needed to be known by a following shift or management are noted. Assist team and managers with miscellaneous duties. Ability to set up, break down and maintain beverage bars in lounges and fitness facility. Assist with locker room maintenance and restocking /filling locker room products. Maintain Locker room sanitation and cleanliness, including cleaning, stocking, and disinfecting all guest areas and spa items. Assist with pool attendant duties when one is not present and checking guests in at the pool as needed.
Qualifications
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings. Must be at least 18 years or older
