Job Overview

The Perioperative Service Coordinator is responsible for providing direct patient care in a perioperative environment.Additionally, this role is responsible for initiating and supporting work efforts that maximize quality, safety and services in defined perioperative specialties in collaboration with leadership and providers. Qualifications

Education:Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is required. Experience:Two (2) years of perioperative clinical experience and three (3) years nursing experience for a total of five (5) years of required experien Certification(s):Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at the time of hire; Achievement and maintenance of a Magnet approved certification is required within six (6) months of hire. Licensure(s):Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Colorado is required. Professional Membership(s):Active membership in a professional nursing or healthcare organization is required.
