Our client, a leader in industrial safety solutions, is seeking a Machine Operator 2nd shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic and enthusiastic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator 2nd shift

Location: Broomfield, CO

Pay Range: $24.75 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform daily production and assembly tasks, including operating presses and machinery.

• Trim excess flash from the reaction injection molding process and assemble parts.

• Conduct quality checks on each piece to ensure high standards are met.

• Cross-train team members to enhance skills and support career growth.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Ability to sit or stand in a relatively stationary position for 75% of the time.

• Occasional movement within the warehouse to access materials and machinery.

• Capability to use fingers and hands for assembly of small parts, involving repetitious motion.

• Effective communication skills to exchange accurate information with team members and vendors.

• Physical ability to lift, carry, or move supplies and products greater than 35 pounds.
