Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Broomfield, Colorado. This role involves addressing inbound calls in a call center environment, providing excellent customer service, and performing data entry tasks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, striving to resolve customer inquiries promptly.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong customer relations.

• Accurately enter customer data and keep records up-to-date.

• Coordinate sales processes and liaise with sales professionals as needed.

• Schedule appointments and manage community and corporate events.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to perform various tasks.

• Follow verbal instructions and communicate effectively with clients.

• Ensure personnel security during interactions and transactions.

• Participate in order entry and other related tasks.

• Engage in email correspondence, providing clear and concise responses to customer inquiries. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Customer Service role

• Proficient in handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word applications

• Experience in order entry is necessary

• Must be able to schedule appointments effectively

• Experience in organizing community and corporate events is preferred

• Knowledge of personnel security protocols

• Ability to coordinate sales processes and work with sales professionals

• Must be able to understand and follow verbal instructions

• Excellent client communication skills are required

• Strong overall communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in email correspondence is essential.
