Description:

• Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service when processing orders and answering questions from inbound dealer and inside sales. First point of customer contact for general inquires such as product knowledge, pricing, order placement, return and shipping questions.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer inbound calls from Retailers. Duties will include order and return entry.

• Product availability. Order status. Additional follow up work could occur via email or phone calls.

• Responsible to meet Five9 KPIs and provide Quality Customer Service consistently

• Process claims and shipments for retail accounts

• Will use basic Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel and OneNote.

• Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
