Location Information Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in a person's own home or in one of our four Twin Cities communities: New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, and Woodbury. Responsibilties: The Sales and Marketing Coodinator develops and implements an effective marketing plan, conducting community outreach with professional referral sources, coordinating special events, tracking referrals, building and maintaining a marketing lead list, and conducting sales presentations with prospective residents and family members to achieve or exceed occupancy goals. Qualifications: Qualifications: Minimum of three years experience in sales and marketing within senior services or healthcare settings. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sales, mass communications or related field. Upon evaluation, equivalent experience and/or educated related to the minimum experience below may be substituted for degree requirement. Experience: Understand the nature, complexity, and trends of senior living sales. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Excellent sales presentation skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Indesign, Photoshop and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Word, Publisher, and Excel. Proficiency in using social media platforms. Proficiency in use of CRM software programs. Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Commitment to the mission of Saint Therese. Ability to develop an innovative plan and achieve occupancy goals. A high-energy, self-starter who is proactive. Ability to lead and empower others in attaining a common goal. Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative. Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time. Ability to interact positively with all levels of the organization.
