Be part of the Saint Therese difference! We are seeking Nurse Supervisors (RN) to join a dynamic team at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers. Responsibilities: Manages and supervises the activities of a shift in the care center. Acts as a resource in interpreting nursing policies and procedures and their application to residents and staff. Assigns staff to handle campus emergencies in the absence of administrative staff. Qualifications: Experience: Three years of nursing experience is required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not required. Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills. Special knowledge, skills and abilities: Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations Excellent communication skills written and verbal are essential.
