We are seeking a Medical Records Specialist for our Plymouth clinic location. As a Medical Records Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing patient medical records in accordance with industry standards and regulations. You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical records, and work closely with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient access to patient information. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality will be critical in this role. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. The hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $22.50. Pay is based on years of relevant experience. Responsibilities: Responsible for health information maintenance and electronic chart maintenance (eClinicalWorks) Maintain an electronic medical record chart that is current, detailed and that permits effective and confidential patient care Answer multi-line phone for medical records department Sorts correspondence/reports and sends to providers, preps, and tracks medical forms and copies/faxes correspondence as requested Complies with procedures and policies to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with OSHA standards Performs other related duties as assigned
