Our Core Values Perseverance / Integrity / Family / Stability / Competency Roles and Responsibilities Answer the phone, provide information, and take orders for inside and outside customers Take requests for parts, materials, information from service techs over phone, email, or at office, and follow up as needed Communicate with service department, dispatcher, and customers on work order issues Provide quotes for customers accurately, and in timely manner Order maintenance materials, check orders for accuracy, and help stage them for technicians Provide billing information to accounting department in a timely manner. Includes service order number, parts cost/sell, shipping, and taxes if applicable Help accounts payable with questions and issues on PO's, invoices, customer inquiries Service walk-in customers as needed Shipping, receiving, warehouse coverage, including parts delivery, as needed Assists with yearly warehouse and van inventory Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Minimum Requirements Pleasant telephone voice/manner Capable of multitasking Ability to operate simple office equipment sufficiently to perform the job Ability to communicate with customer and co-workers Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
