Description:
Responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term customers by understanding customer inquires and building strong relationships Answer inbound inquires via phone and email from customers Enter in customer orders, respond to customer needs and questions Deescalate customer issues and inform management of ongoing customer concerns when necessary Provide accurate price quotes, shipping availability, order changes, etc. to customers Provide outstanding customer service with high sense or urgency Work with internal sales and warehouse teams to answer customer questions
