Senior Product Manager with WorkandCo International, Inc. d/b/a Work & Co (Brooklyn, NY)The Senior Product Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive product development management strategy, collaborating with leads to execute plans efficiently. They oversee personnel, schedules, budgets, and assets, ensuring clear communication and execution of project requirements and deliverables. Prioritizing resources across various product offerings, they plan and allocate resources effectively to achieve project goals. Additionally, they develop detailed product specifications including business requirements and functional annotations. Proactively identifying client needs and aligning solutions with objectives, they manage client expectations, deliver high-quality service, and incorporate client feedback. They coordinate usability studies to enhance website and mobile application design prototypes and serve as the primary point of contact for requirements during project design and implementation phases. They also define necessary tests and participate in test planning activities.Position allows for partial remote work. Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office in Brooklyn, NY.15% travel required, domestically and internationally.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Requires 2 years of related experience which must include some experience in - Establishing and managing CRM strategy, automation, and execution of email campaigns for financial services sector clients (Marketo); Manage digital campaign tagging and performance analytics for financial services sector campaigns (Google Analytics); Managing project budgets upwards of $100k and project burn reports using Accelo and Mavenlink coordinating internal agency efforts and staffing and external vendors aligned with retainer agreements; Creating wireframes and digital prototypes for website landing pages (Sketch); and Writing JIRA requirements and tasks for development teams to build landing pages for financial services sector clients.Offered salary range: $131,706 - $145,000 per yearTo apply, send resume to: productcareers@work.co
