Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Senior Delivery Manager within our information technology services and security (ITSS) team. This position will support communication and delivery between our technical teams and client-facing solution teams. Our goal is to deliver exceptional solutions and products that meet market demands and client requirements. This role is remote with very limited travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with internal technical leads and partner with client-facing project leaders and portfolio leads.
• Develop delivery plans for the team by setting clear timelines and milestones, tracking progress against the plan, and adjusting as necessary; keep the project on track based on a detailed understanding of the contract and project needs to meet or exceed client requirements.
• In partnership with internal technical teams and client-facing project leads, communicate project status/updates to various levels of management.
• Advise client-facing project leaders on infrastructure and technology options to drive project health and delivery.
• Schedule regular meetings with client-facing project leaders to ensure they are informed and satisfied with delivery.
• Act as point of contact to resolve issues and escalate as appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal technical leads and client-facing project leads to ensure proper resource planning to manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Prepare for and engage in ITSS leadership team discussions and decisions.
• Develop a deep knowledge of contract terms and educate technical leaders, as relevant.
• Manage internal projects in support of the VP of ITSS to improve processes, services, and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 12 + years of experience as a proven Delivery Manager role
• 12 + years' experience as a project manager, developing and managing budgets, schedules and resources
• 12 + years' experience in public sector technology and operations
• Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of ServiceNow
• A customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work well with a team

The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $116,000 to $191,000.
