Sky Heights Construction Corp. Project Manager in Brooklyn, New York
Manage and plan all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. Prepare, review, and submit project proposals, job estimates, construction drawings and specifications. Manage changes in project plans or scope of work, and complete project estimates and pricing. Prepare and update project baseline schedules, critical paths, and recovery schedules in Primavera P6. Develop and adhere to project budgets, timelines and quality control plans. Ensure compliance with NYC DOB, NYCHA and NYC Parks codes and regulations.REQUIRES: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering +1 year experience as Project Manager, Civil Engineer or Project Engineer.
