Description We are offering an opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist in Brooklyn, New York. This role focuses on processing and maintaining accurate customer credit records in the telecom industry. Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain up-to-date customer credit records.

• Address and resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner.

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly.

• Undertake appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for efficient benefits management.

• Coordinate Benefit Functions for all employees.

• Manage and organize Open Enrollment periods for employee benefits.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all benefits and compensation processes.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of the compensation and benefits function within the organization. Requirements • Possession of a Bachelor's or Honours Degree in a relevant field

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now software

• Demonstrated experience in handling Benefit Functions

• Ability to efficiently manage Open Enrollment processes

• Exceptional knowledge of various compensation models and benefits packages

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proven experience in a similar role as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Strong understanding of state and federal laws related to compensation and benefits

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
