Allstar Homecare Agency, Inc Business Analyst in Brooklyn, New York
Collect data from various healthcare datasets. Clean and preprocess raw data files by using Python to ensure data’s accuracy. Build predictive models on the Medicaid population groups to support the company in making data-driven decisions. Synthesize the data from HEDIS and translate measures into business requirements. Create reports of patients and aides demographics with data-based insights to identify and interpret trends of patterns. Build profiles dashboard of competitors, compare revenues and costs across agencies, and refined metrics on industry and strategic objectives, then visualized in Tableau. This position requires at least a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistic or a related field. One year’s experience as a Business Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or Marketing Assistant. Experience must include data analysis.
