The Calendar Group Property Caretaker - Brookline, MA in Brookline, Massachusetts
Our client is seeking a property caretaker in Brookline Massachusetts. This is an immediate hire. The current caretaker is retiring after 40 years and will train the new hire. The Property caretaker will be responsible for overall landscaping, mowing, garden maintenance, general handyman tasks, and snow removal in winter season. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills when dealing with vendors and relaying information to the principal. Candidates should have longevity in past roles.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable and experienced driving tractors and operating large machinery
7+ years of similar experience
Excellent, verifiable references
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: $70,000 per year plus opportunity for overtime
