Job Description: As a Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality IT consulting services to our clients. This position requires a consultative approach to understand client needs, design and implement solutions, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID will be essential in delivering secure and efficient IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultative Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, assess their current IT infrastructure, and recommend solutions that align with their goals.

• System Design & Implementation: Design, deploy, and manage Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.

• Microsoft 365 Administration: Oversee the setup, migration, and management of Microsoft 365 environments, providing clients with scalable and secure collaboration tools.

• Entra ID Management: Implement and manage Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) solutions, ensuring secure access and identity management across client networks.

• Customer Service Excellence: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of systems, configurations, and processes, and provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Systems Administration/Engineer role, preferably in an IT consulting environment.

• Strong expertise in Windows Server administration, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.

• Experience with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including identity and access management.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, Microsoft 365 Certified) are a plus.
